Bryan Rand is the CEO at Rand & Co Holdings and President at Vacation Innovations, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He has served as CEO of Rand & Co Holdings since March 2014, leading the company in its focus on acquiring and growing businesses. As President of Vacation Innovations since February 2020, he is responsible for driving the organization’s operating strategy and forging strategic partnerships in the timeshare industry.

Before his current roles, Bryan built his expertise in private equity and investment banking through positions at Tritium Partners, Belstone Capital LLC, and Brightwood Capital. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, which has helped shape his approach to business and leadership.

Bryan has also demonstrated a commitment to philanthropy. Recognizing the impact Morehouse College has had on his life, he and his family committed $1 million to create the Rand Family Excellence in Action Scholarship, designed to support the next generation of leaders.
