Sieva Kozinsky is an entrepreneur and investor, best known as the co-founder and CEO of Enduring Ventures, a long-term holding company that acquires and nurtures established businesses with the intention of holding them indefinitely. This approach reflects a commitment to preserving the legacy and culture of the companies they acquire, while providing them with the resources and support needed for sustained growth.
Born in Ukraine, Sieva moved to California at the age of two. He initially pursued a pre-med track at the University of California, Santa Barbara, but his career trajectory shifted after enrolling in an entrepreneurship class. This experience led him to co-found StudySoup, an online platform that facilitates the sharing of study materials among students. Under his leadership, StudySoup expanded to over 300 colleges and universities, serving a monthly user base exceeding one million students. The company secured $2 million in venture capital funding and participated in the 500 Startups accelerator program.
Sieva furthered his education by earning an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. During his time at Wharton, he co-founded The MBA Fund, an initiative designed to support student entrepreneurs across top business schools by connecting them with investors and resources.
In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Sieva is an active writer and thought leader, sharing insights on business acquisitions, investments, and leadership through his personal website and social media platforms. He also offers consultations and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs and investors.
